Product Specifications

Filter Element:

The filtration system uses a polypropylene microporous membrane as the core filter element. This membrane is ultrasonically welded into a pleated structure, which maximizes the surface area and enhances filtration efficiency. With a filtration accuracy range of 0.1 to 100 microns, this system is ideal for capturing ultra-fine solid particles in the liquid, ensuring cleaner and safer outputs.

Filter Housing & Components:

The filter housing, pipelines, and trolley components are made from 304 stainless steel, known for its durability and resistance to corrosion. This material ensures a long service life, even when handling aggressive liquids. The use of stainless steel also prevents any contamination of the liquid being filtered, maintaining the purity of the output.

Quick-Connect Flange System:

To streamline operation and maintenance, the system features a 1-inch quick-connect flange for easy disassembly and assembly. The seal rings are made from PTFE (Teflon), a material renowned for its resistance to strong acids and alkalis, providing a reliable seal even under harsh conditions.

Mobile Design:

For ease of use, the entire filtration system is mounted on a four-wheel trolley. This portable design allows operators to move the filtration unit easily between different workstations or areas, ensuring flexibility in various industrial environments.

Safety and Reliability:

The system is driven by an air source, ensuring explosion-proof performance when handling flammable or hazardous liquids. The pneumatic drive system is ideal for environments where electrical components might pose a risk, ensuring safe transport and filtration of dangerous chemicals.

We proposed a filtration system with a polypropylene microporous membrane filter to capture ultra-fine particles efficiently.
