Con il suo 6-inch / 152mm large-diameter structure, the BNBC cartridge provides a much larger filtration area than standard filter cartridges. This high-flow design allows fewer cartridges to handle the same flow rate, helping users reduce filter housing size, equipment investment, installation space, replacement frequency, and waste disposal cost.

The cartridge uses pleated deep-layer polypropylene membrane media, offering strong particle retention and high dirt-holding capacity. Its gradient pore structure improves filtration efficiency while maintaining stable flow performance. The large diameter and high filtration area make it especially suitable for demanding industrial applications with heavy contaminant loading.

The BNBC Series is available in multiple filtration ratings, including 0.5μm, 1μm, 3μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm, 40μm, 70μm, 100μm, and 120μm, allowing flexible selection according to different process requirements. It supports two length options: 16 inch / 370mm e 32 inch / 634mm, with flange types designed for different filter housing connections.

Made with polypropylene filter media, polypropylene support layer, polypropylene cage, polypropylene end cap, and polypropylene core, the cartridge offers good chemical compatibility for many industrial water and process liquid conditions. Seal material options include EPDM, silicone, and fluororubber, helping meet different fluid compatibility needs.
