Project Requirements:
The client required a custom SS316 27-cartridge filter system, designed with the following specifications:
- Material: SS316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance
- Cartridges: 27 cartridges, each 40 inches long, with a filtration accuracy of 1 micron (µm)
- Filter Type: PP wound filter cartridges, dual open-end for flexibility

Solution Provided:
After reviewing the client’s filtration needs and operating environment, we proposed a fully customized filter system that would meet their specifications and enhance their production efficiency.
- Material Selection: The body of the filter was constructed using SS316 stainless steel, chosen for its exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion and durability in harsh industrial conditions. This ensures a long service life, especially in aggressive environments like chemical processing plants.
- Cartridge Configuration: The system was designed to house 27 PP wound filter cartridges, each with a length of 40 inches and a filtration precision of 1 µm. These cartridges were selected for their ability to filter out fine particles, ensuring the purity of the final product. The dual open-end design allowed for flexible installation and easy alignment during cartridge replacement.
- Swing Arm Mechanism: A key feature of the filter system was the swing arm design. This allowed for quick and effortless access to the cartridges, significantly reducing maintenance time.
