De BHFD Series High Flow Pleated Filter Cartridge is a reliable and cost-effective filtration solution for industrial water treatment and process liquid filtration. It is designed with a large-diameter structure and high-flow performance, allowing users to handle the same flow rate with fewer cartridges compared with traditional filter elements. This helps reduce the size of the filter housing, lower initial system investment, decrease replacement frequency, and reduce waste handling costs.

This cartridge uses deep polypropylene fiber membrane as the main filtration layer, offering multiple micron rating options to meet different filtration requirements. Its inside-to-outside flow direction helps capture contaminants effectively inside the cartridge, while the two-end handle design makes installation and replacement more convenient from either side of the filter housing. The welded construction contains no glue or adhesive, helping prevent contamination caused by binder shedding.

The BHFD Series is suitable for a wide range of applications, including reverse osmosis system pre-filtration, process water filtration, condensate filtration, cooling water filtration, wastewater treatment, acid and alkali filtration, solvent filtration, quench water filtration, brine filtration, and power plant condensate water filtration. It is especially suitable for systems requiring high flow rate, stable filtration efficiency, and easy maintenance.

With polypropylene filter media, polypropylene core, cage, and end caps, plus EPDM sealing material, the BHFD high flow cartridge provides strong chemical compatibility and dependable performance. The standard outer diameter is 154 mm, with available lengths of 40 inches and 60 inches. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 80°C and a maximum differential pressure of 2.4 bar at 20°C. The product is manufactured in a clean environment and follows ISO 9001 quality management requirements.
