Lvyuan can make different type of activated carbon filter cartridges:
1. Extruded and sintered carbon block filter cartridge.
It’s shaped by extruding or sintering activated carbon fines and food grade additive continuously, guaranteeing excellent absorption capacity of grained active carbon, no release of carbon fines of bulk activated carbon, and remove cholorine, organic matter, decolorization and odor.
2. Activated carbon fiber filter cartridge.
It’s combine with the performance of depth filtration with the absorption of activated carbon fine. More than 80% of the carbon atoms of the carbon fiber filter are located on the outer and inner surfaces, and they form a unique adsorption structure, which is called a surface solid. The outside deep filter media can remove particles while the activated carbon held within the filter cloth absorb the smell, odor, sediment, pigment, VOC, and organic chemicals. The inside fiber filter prevents carbon particles and fine pollutants form passing through, thus increasing and efficient quality and integrated filtration.
3. Activated Carbon compound PP melt blown filter cartridge.
This type of cartridge filter is combined with the performance of depth filtration with the absorption of activated carbon fine and PP melt blown filter media. The outside deep filter media can remove particles while the activated carbon filter held within the filter cloth absorb odor, smell, sediment, pigment, and organic chemicals. The inside PP melt blown filter prevents carbon particles and fine pollutants form passing through, thus increasing efficient quality and integrated filtration.
