Sintered Porous Titanium Filter For Water Treatment
- Can be used below 280℃
- Grade: ≥99.5% purity
- Meet food hygiene and pharmaceutical GMP requirements
Sintered porous Titanium filter cartridge is based on pure titanium powder (purity above 99.7%) as the main raw material, through high heating sintering process. Sintered Titanium cartridge has uniform structure, high pore density, small filtration resistance, good permeability. Also it has the high filtration precision, anti corrosion of acid & alkali, high temperature resistant etc. It can be used for solid liquid, gas separation and water purification. The filtration performance is excellent, no secondary pollution, simple operation, it can be on-line regeneration, easy to clean, and has long service life.

Features:
1. Uniform structure and high separation efficiency;
2. High porosity, less filtration resistance, and high penetration efficiency;
3. High temperature resistant, can be used below 280℃;
4. Good chemical stability, acid & alkali corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance;
5. No particles release, no secondary pollution, meet food hygiene and pharmaceutical GMP requirements;
6. Good mechanical performance, have suction filtration and press-filtration, simple operation;
7. Low differential pressure, large water flow rate;
8. Strong antimicrobial ability, no microbes.
