This article systematically analyzes its working principle, selection technical parameters and full life cycle management program, combines test data from authoritative institutions with typical enterprise application cases to provide engineers and technicians with a decision-making reference system that includes 8 dimensions, especially incorporating the flow rate-differential pressure curve model and material fatigue comparative experimental data\u00a0 to help enterprises build an energy-efficient fluid handling system.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"i-technology-and-structure-of-basket-filter\"><strong>I. Structure of Basket Filter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"1-1-core-function-positioning\"><strong>1. Function of positioning<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Basket filter is a pressure vessel device with metal filter basket as the core filtration unit, which realizes efficient separation of solid impurities and fluid in piping system through physical interception. Compared with Y-type, T-type and other traditional filters, its filter mesh area can be up to 2-3 times the area of the through-diameter pipe, and it can deal with extreme working condition fluids from -80\u2103 to 450\u2103 within the pipe diameter range of DN15-DN600.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"1-2-structure-evolution-trend\"><strong>2.
