In the process of oil exploitation, early injection of high-quality water from low-permeability oil fields is the long-term fundamental guarantee for supplementing energy and stabilizing production in low-permeability oil fields. Due to the small pore throat radius, the low-permeability oil layer is easy to be blocked by pollution. Water injection in oil fields generally requires sterilization. In the treatment of oilfield injection water, there are two types of water sources, groundwater and surface water. The domestic applications are mainly PE sintered microporous tubes, pleated micro-porous membrane cartridge filter, hollow fiber ultrafiltration modules, etc. The accuracy of processing water particles can reach 1 to 2μm and the particle content is within 2mg/L. Among them, the surface water fine water injection treatment performed by the folded microporous membrane cartridge filter has an precision of 1μm.

The filtration applications of the oilfield pleated cartridge filter system are far more than these, and its application scope is constantly expanding with the upgrading of products and the continuous improvement of filtration technology.
